Vytal Filtration Technologies USA (“VUSA”) was established in February 2023 in Visalia, California with a single employee as a platform to grow an industrial filtration, distribution business throughout the United States. The business made its first acquisition in March 2023 and now has a significant presence in the Western United States in oil and gas, water, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets and is poised to continue to expand via acquisition and organic growth.
Vytal Filtration Technologies Canada (“VCA”) was established in 2021/2022 by consolidating three leading filtration, distribution businesses across the country. Another two acquisitions followed in 2024. These acquisitions have created the market leading Industrial Filtration Distribution business in Canada, covering oil and gas, water, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial markets.
Industrial Filter Manufacturing (“IFM”) and American Filter Manufacturing (“AFM”) includes businesses acquired in 2021 and 2023 creating a North American Filtration Solutions, custom manufacturing platform that includes bag, string wound, melt blown, carbon, pleat and other niche filter products.
Liquid Filter Housings (“LFH”) was acquired as a single employee company in 2023 and now includes fabrication and distribution of various standard, non-standard, certified, and non-certified liquid filtration housings and accessories.
