Jennifer Duggan, CPA, CGA, is a strategic financial leader focused on operational health, scalability, and long-term value creation. She oversees financial planning and reporting, delivering disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and actionable insights that support sustainable growth. Jennifer also brings expertise in performance management and ERP implementation, strengthening operational execution and competitiveness.

Tim leads marketing strategy, communications, and e-commerce across B2B and B2C business units. He builds scalable marketing capabilities, shapes organizational culture, and drives growth while strengthening brand positioning and integrating marketing with sales. Tim leverages his experience to deliver measurable results and support HCI’s long-term strategic objectives.
Board Chair
Michael Ross is Chairman of the Board for HCI Filtration and a co-founder and director of a family-held business advisory firm. He retired as CEO of Conroy Ross Partners in 2012 and previously served as Partner and National Managing Partner at Ernst & Young, leading entrepreneurial and middle-market consulting across Canada. Michael brings extensive experience advising private equity firms, boards, and senior executives on strategy, organizational design, M&A integration, succession planning, and executive recruitment.

Kara Flynn, ICD.D, is a director with extensive experience in governance, ESG, and government relations. She serves as a Director at ATB Financial and HCI Filtration, and previously served as Chair of the Coast to Coast Experiences Advisory Board. Kara spent over 16 years as Vice President, Government and Public Affairs at Syncrude Canada, leading policy, regulatory, and stakeholder engagement before retiring in 2021.
